Do you ship to resorts and hotels?Absolutely! Reach out to us if you need help with the address as it must be written in a specific way in order to arrive at the resorts successfully.

Can I change my shipping address?Yes! Just respond to your confirmation e-mail with the new address. (Orders cannot be changed once they've already shipped.)

When will my order ship?Ears, hats, and scrunchies ship in 5-6 weeks and claw clips ship in 8-12 weeks.

Can I rush my order?Yes! We offer both one-week and one business-day rush options that can be added as a regular product listing on our shop page. Shipping is separate.

Can I cancel my order after I place it?We are unable to accept cancellations after one hour from the time the order is placed.
