Your order will be pushed to the front of the queue and shipped the following week. Shipping itself is separate and will ship with whatever shipping method you've chosen.
 
Orders that contain pre-order items cannot be rushed. If rush is added to an order with regular items and pre-ordern items then only the regular items will ship per the rush chosen and the pre-order will ship when it is ready.
